Atsho Nodada

I am a passionate Visual Art student at the University of Johannesburg, dedicated to creating, curious about the world as it functions and persistent in any action or task.

As an artist and a young South African, I find most characteristics about myself through the work I create, my interests are revealed to me through brush strokes and my spiritual energy is mostly active during my process of creation. I create to make sense of the world and its political, social and economic structures, to find the advantages and disadvantages that come with them and evaluate how they affect our society. I investigate the past to make sense of the present.

My plans from now to the future are to create more art, to raise questions and start a conversation on how we can bring about change as a people.
